Official Rules

Sweepstakes begins as of 12:01 am Eastern Time Zone on February 1, 2026 and ends as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Zone on March 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). No purchase or payment is necessary. No fee to enter. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law and in Colorado, Florida, New York and Rhode Island. It is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Alternatively, you can enter the sweepstakes by legibly hand printing or typing on a standard size postcard or 3" x 5" piece of paper your first name, last name, email address, complete mailing address, phone number, age, customer number (if applicable) and the name of the sweepstakes in the subject line (Group Leader Sweepstakes) to: Grand Circle LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Manager, 347 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210. Postcard entries must be post marked by March 31, 2026, and received by April 8, 2026 to be included in the random drawing.

Eligibility

This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States (excluding CO, FL, NY, and RI) who at the time of entry are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Grand Circle LLC (“Grand Circle”) is sponsoring a sweepstakes. No winner of a Grand Circle-sponsored sweepstakes or contest, including but not limited to its travel companies, Grand Circle Travel, Grand Circle Cruise Line, and Overseas Adventure Travel, will be eligible to win any other Grand Circle-sponsored sweepstakes or contest during a twelve (12) month period. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate family members (including but not limited to parents, children, siblings, and spouses of children or siblings), and their respective household members, of Grand Circle, its affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Instructions

For every trip booked during the Sweepstakes Period by a group member for a 2027 group departure, the Group Leader will be automatically entered into the random drawing. A group member is a person who books on the same group departure as the Group Leader on any Grand Circle Travel, Grand Circle Cruise Line, or Overseas Adventure Travel departure. The group members must provide the Group Leader’s group number when they reserve their trip. There is no limit per Group Leader. The same Group Leader may receive multiple entries from different group members. This offer cannot be combined with any other sweepstakes or contest. Alternatively, you can enter the sweepstakes by legibly hand printing or typing on a standard size postcard or 3" x 5" piece of paper your first name, last name, email address, complete mailing address, phone number, age, customer number (if applicable) and the name of the sweepstakes in the subject line (Group Leader Sweepstakes) to: Grand Circle LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Manager, 347 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210. Postcard entries must be post marked by March 31, 2026, and received by April 8, 2026 to be included in the random drawing. Group Leaders get one (1) sweepstakes entry per new group member booking. Cannot be
combined with other methods of entry. Grand Circle is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Grand Circle is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, caused by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. All entries are subject to verification. Eligible entries must be received or postmarked no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Zone on March 31, 2026 to be eligible to win. Grand Circle is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The Sweepstakes Period is set forth based on the Eastern Time Zone of the United States. Local time may vary based upon the location of the entrant, but all valid entries must be received or postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period times in the Eastern Time Zone.

Determination of Winner

Two winners for the sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about April 8-13, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The first winner selected in the sweepstakes drawing will receive the Grand Prize; the next winner selected in the sweepstakes drawing will receive the Second Prize. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s decisions are final on matters relating to the sweepstakes. In the event a winner is or becomes ineligible, a Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The winners will be notified by email, mail, or phone by April17, 2026. The potential prizewinners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return these documents, properlyexecuted, within ten (10) days of notification. If a prize is not claimed by the winner by May 17, 2026 or the potential prize winner does not complete and return the required paperwork within the deadline above, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. The Prize is not redeemable for cash (except as required by law) and no substitutions are allowed.

Prize

The Grand Prize is your choice of either Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars in cash or in travel credits (the “Grand Prize”), approximate retail value Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500 USD). Limit one Grand Prize per household. The Second Prize is your choice of either One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars in cash or in airfare credits (the “Second Prize”), approximate retail value One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250 USD). The Group Leader will receive their choice of either $6,500 in cash or $6,500 in travel credits or $1,250 in cash or $1,250 in airfare credits. The Prize can be applied to the reservation for which the winner qualified for the random drawing. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, license, fees or other costs are the sole responsibility of the winners. A Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions are allowed. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize documentation after it has been received. Grand Circle will ship the Prize to the winner via Federal Express or the US Postal Service, at Grand Circle’s expense. Grand Circle is not responsible for delays in delivery of the Prize or any lost, late, or misdirected mail, and delivery is subject to availability. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize after it has been received, except where damage is specifically covered by warranty. Grand Circle under no obligation to provide the winner with any other substitute prize. If all or any part of the trip is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, the health of the winner, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the Prize, if any, will be awarded and Grand Circle’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled; and no other additional consideration will be provided. Grand Circle’s Terms and Conditions, as applicable, associated with the trip apply. The Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release and/or prize documents.

Conditions of Participation

By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Grand Circle’s use of information submitted by entrants in connection with this sweepstakes will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as Grand Circle’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.gct.com/about/privacy-policy.  All materials submitted in connection with the sweepstakes become the property of Grand Circle and will not be returned. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material and entry submission for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Grand Circle, or a party designated by Grand Circle, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the administrator and Grand Circle, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.  Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

Limitation of Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS GRAND CIRCLE, ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES THE WINNER OR GUEST MAY INCUR WHILE ON A TRIP.  THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE AWARDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE AND RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, damaged, stolen or misdirected submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website, inability to submit an entry, or fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by Grand Circle, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit an eligible participant’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes. Releasees are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries or mail. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Grand Circle’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Grand Circle, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play, or submission of entries, or should the sweepstakes be unable to run as planned for any other reason, Grand Circle reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GRAND CIRCLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Grand Circle’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision. Grand Circle reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or interferes with the sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Grand Circle reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in the sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to access any website associated with the sweepstakes via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in that individual’s IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an eligible participant and Grand Circle in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.

To obtain the name of the winner, send your name, address and the name of the sweepstakes (“Group Leader Sweepstakes 2026”) to: Grand Circle LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Manager, 347 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210. Offer applies to new 2027 reservations only and cannot be combined with other offers but can be combined with Multiple Trips Benefit, Frequent Traveler Credits (outside of 120 days prior to departure), Vacation Ambassador rewards (if applicable), and free or low-cost Single Supplements. New Traveler Savings cannot be combined with Vacation Ambassador rewards or Group Travel compensation.
